- Alamin kung magkano pa ang balanse at magkano ang mga dapat bayaran buwan buwan. Alamin mo rin kung magkano ang pumapasok at lumalabas na pera sayo ngayon.
- Bawasan ang outflow ng pera.
- Negotiate to entities kung papaano mapapaliit ang babayaran monthly. Kung pwede ay interest lang muna or idefer/idelay ang bayarin mas mabuti ito para sa cashflow.
- Reduce unavoidable expenses to least possible.
- Transfer loans. Humanap ng ibang mauutangan na may mas maliiti na interest. Computin kasama ang fees.
- Focus on getting more sales
- Products or services that doesn’t require new equipment or inventory.
- Focus on products that generate the most money.
- Sell assets na hindi naman parating nagagamit.
- Find other side hustles.
- Once you reached a positive cash flow, focus on attacking the loans that takes up the most expense in cash value.
